We're independent researchers, not doctors or licensed toxicologists. We don't diagnose health conditions or advise on medical treatment. What we do is review publicly available research and regulatory data, summarize what we find in plain English, and give you a clearer picture of what's in your products.
We don't take money from brands we review. Every recommendation is independent. That's the same standard we apply to everything published on this site.
